The Summit International Prep Skyhawks basketball team scored 28 points and held the visiting Newman International Academy Warriors to 23 in the Skyhawks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newman International Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Summit International Prep will meet a Warriors team coming off a 58-43 league loss to Newman International Academy (Cedar Hill, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.

The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Chisholm Trail Academy (Keene, TX). The Blazers enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Chisholm Trail Academy nudged UME Preparatory Academy (Dallas, TX), 56-54, in a non-league contest.
