The The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX) basketball crushed the host Aransas Pass Panthers (Aransas Pass, TX), 68-26 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cougars (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Carroll (Corpus Christi, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Carroll was trounced by Ingleside (Ingleside, TX), 39-21, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Bay City for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. Aransas Pass will encounter a Blackcats squad coming off a 69-18 non-league loss to Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX). The Blackcats record now stands at 4-7.
