Nebraska High School Basketball - Pleasanton overwhelms Axtell

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pleasanton Bulldogs (Pleasanton, NE) and the host Axtell Wildcats (Axtell, NE), saw Pleasanton's basketball squad wallop Axtell by a tally of 67-26.

With the victory, Pleasanton improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Arcadia/Loup City (Arcadia, NE) to play the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Arcadia/Loup City lost 56-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Broken Bow (Broken Bow, NE)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Bertrand Vikings (Bertrand, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Axtell will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 44-17 non-league loss to Alma (Alma, NE).
