Hale Center Owls (Hale Center, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Blue Ridge Tigers (Blue Ridge, TX), 47-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hale Center upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Owls travel to River Road (Amarillo, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 3-4. River Road won 42-32 in their recent non-league bout against Bovina (Bovina, TX)
Next up, the Tigers play the Roosevelt Eagles (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Blue Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 62-34 non-league loss to Floydada (Floydada, TX).
