The Ceres Bulldogs (Ceres, CA) basketball knocked off the host Downey Knights (Modesto, CA), 44-28 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Stone Ridge Christian (Merced, CA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Stone Ridge Christian notched a victory over Aspire Langston Hughes Academy (Stockton, CA), 38-32, in a non-league test.

The Knights now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Orestimba for a non-league test on Monday, December 4. Downey will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 45-25 non-league loss to Los Banos (Los Banos, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
