California High School Basketball - Palm Desert tops Desert Hot Springs

November 30, 2023: Palm Desert, CA 92260

Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles (Desert Hot Springs, CA), 47-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Palm Desert upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Aztecs travel to Valencia (Valencia, CA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Valencia won 48-43 in their recent league bout against Saugus (Saugus, CA)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Twentynine Palms Wildcats (Twentynine Palms, CA) in a Desert Valley bout, on Wednesday, December 6. Desert Hot Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
