Gurdon Go-Devils (Gurdon, AR) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Prescott Curley Wolves (Prescott, AR), 58-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Gurdon upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Go-Devils travel to Fouke (Fouke, AR) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Fouke won 60-20 in their recent non-league bout against Arkansas (Texarkana, AR)

Next up, the Curley Wolves play the Hope Bobcats (Hope, AR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Prescott will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
