California High School Basketball - Making Waves Academy can't hold off Pacific Bay Christian

The Pacific Bay Christian Eagles basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Making Waves Academy Marlins to 39 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacific Collegiate for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Pacific Bay Christian will battle a Pumas team coming off a 61-14 non-league win over Basis Independent Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA). The Pumas record now stands at 2-0.
The Marlins (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against California School for the Deaf (Fremont, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, California School for the Deaf was nudged by Mendocino (Mendocino, CA), 48-24, in a non-league contest.
