McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Medford Raiders (Medford, WI), 73-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, McDonell Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Macks travel to Colfax (Colfax, WI) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Colfax won 52-30 in their recent non-league bout against Bloomer (Bloomer, WI)
Next up, the Raiders play the Lakeland Thunderbirds (Minocqua, WI) in a Great Northern bout, on Friday, December 1. Medford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 53-38 league win over Mosinee (Mosinee, WI).
