The Midway Falcons (Henrietta, TX) basketball nipped the host Olney Cubs (Olney, TX), 15-13 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Victory Christian Academy (Decatur, TX). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Victory Christian Academy got by Bryson (Bryson, TX), 66-12, in a non-league test.

The Cubs now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Forestburg for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. Olney will encounter a Longhorns squad coming off a 62-28 non-league loss to Harrold (Harrold, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 3-3.
