Arkansas High School Basketball - Poyen ripped by Mt. Vernon-Enola

The Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Poyen Indians to 14 in the Warhawks non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Warhawks now sport a 14-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harmony Grove for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Mt. Vernon-Enola will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 46-43 non-league win over Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-3.
The Indians (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Conway Christian (Conway, AR). The Eagles enter the 2A Region 5 contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Conway Christian triumphed over Pangburn (Pangburn, AR), 46-22, in a non-league contest.
