    Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX) and the host Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX), saw Vista Ridge's basketball squad hold off Nimitz by a tally of 48-45.

    With the victory, Vista Ridge improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. Flower Mound won 51-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Guyer (Denton, TX)

    Next up, the Cougars play the Flower Mound Jaguars (Flower Mound, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Nimitz will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 46-40 non-league win over Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX).
