California High School Basketball - Taft overwhelmed by Notre Dame

The Notre Dame Tigers basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the host Taft Wildcats to 20 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Maria for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Notre Dame will battle a Saints team coming off a 50-36 non-league win over East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA). The Saints record now stands at 3-3.

The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA). The Conquistadores come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Cabrillo triumphed over Independence (Bakersfield, CA), 46-34, in a non-league contest.
