In Thursday's non-league outing, the Cordova Lancers (Rancho Cordova, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Weston Ranch Cougars (Stockton, CA), by a count of 41-27.
The Lancers (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins go into the non-league outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Ponderosa defeated Franklin (Elk Grove, CA), 30-25, in a non-league outing.
