Springstead Eagles (Spring Hill, FL) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Lake Eagles (Groveland, FL), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Citrus Hurricanes (Inverness, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Springstead will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Belleview (Belleview, FL).
The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Olympia (Orlando, FL). The Titans come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Olympia Dr. Phillips (Orlando, FL), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
