Denton Broncos (Denton, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Boyd Yellowjackets (Boyd, TX), 59-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Denton upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Broncos travel to Atlas HomeSchool Rattlers (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Rattlers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Rattlers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Graham Steers (Graham, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Boyd will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
