Nevada High School Basketball - Churchill County nudges Carson

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) basketball squad edged the host Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), by a margin of 53-48.

The Greenwave (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Douglas held off Truckee (Truckee, CA), 56-14, in a non-league outing.

The Senators now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tournament Opponent for a non-league outing on Friday, December 1. Carson will clash with a squad coming off a 38-12 non-league loss to Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL). The record now stands at 4-10.
