The Elk Grove Thundering Herd basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Fairfield Falcons to 36 in the Thundering Herd non-league victory on Thursday.

The Thundering Herd now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lodi for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Elk Grove will battle a Flames team coming off a 53-39 non-league win over Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA). The Flames record now stands at 3-0.

The Falcons (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Hills Christian (Vallejo, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
