The Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC), 57-27 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Pirates (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Monarchs go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Northside - Jacksonville was trounced by Laney (Wilmington, NC), 63-34, in a non-league test.
The Stallions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Richlands for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. Southwest Onslow will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 39-34 non-league loss to South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
