Ohio High School Basketball - Shelby overwhelms Perkins

The Shelby Whippets basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Perkins Pirates to 23 in the Whippets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Whippets now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Marion Harding for a Mid-Ohio game on Thursday, December 5.

With the loss, Perkins falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Pirates host Huron (Huron, OH) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-1. Huron lost 51-42 in their recent non-league game against New London (New London, OH)
