The St. Augustine Knights basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting St. Pius X Panthers to 32 in the Knights non-league victory on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concordia Lutheran for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 5. St. Augustine will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 85-49 non-league win over Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-0.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Regents (Austin, TX). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Regents was routed by Central Catholic (San Antonio, TX), 63-46, in a non-league contest.
