The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) football defeated the visiting Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC), 17-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 11. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 10-1 record after their 41-0 non-league win over Freedom (Morganton, NC).
