Kansas High School Football - Dighton prevails Sylvan-Lucas

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Dighton Hornets (Dighton, KS) and the visiting Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs (Sylvan Grove, KS), observed Dighton's football squad defeat Sylvan-Lucas by a count of 52-28.

The Hornets now own a 10-0 record. They play next when they travel to Wallace County for a non-league test on Friday, November 11. Dighton will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 56-8 non-league win over Bucklin (Bucklin, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Sylvan-Lucas drops to 7-3 on the campaign.
