Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX) and the host Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX), saw Wylie's basketball squad knock off Midland Legacy by a count of 40-21.
With the victory, Wylie upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Odessa (Odessa, TX) to play the Bronchos in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 7. The Bronchos come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Odessa lost 56-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Cooper (Abilene, TX)
Next up, the Rebels play the Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 11. Midland Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
