The Wylie Pirates routed the visiting Seguin Cougars basketball team by a tally of 65-5 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Pirates now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Argyle for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 9. Wylie will confront a Eagles team coming off a 49-45 non-league win over Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Springtown (Springtown, TX). The Porcupines come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Springtown trounced Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX), 55-38, in a non-league battle.
