In Saturday's non-league contest, the Dutchtown Griffins (Geismar, LA) volleyball squad knocked off the host Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Griffins battle the Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks (Metairie, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, November 9. Dutchtown will attempt to better on its 34-8 season record. The Chipmunks come into the contest with a 22-18 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Northside (Lafayette, LA).
With the loss, Central Lafourche drops to 25-16 on the campaign.
