Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) fans went home happy Tuesday as they saw their soccer squad hold off the visiting South Kent School Cardinals (South Kent, CT), 3-2 in a non-league outing.
The Mounties (17-0) will now prepare for their outing against Austin Prep (Reading, MA). The Cougars enter the non-league outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Austin Prep New Hampton School (New Hampton, NH), 0-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Vermont Academy Wildcats (Saxtons River, VT) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, November 8. South Kent School will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 12-3 record after their 2-0 league win over St. Paul's (Concord, NH).
