The Bishop O'Connell Knights football team (Arlington, VA), was knocked off 31-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting St. Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA)
The Panthers (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Knights come into the Washington Catholic - Metro challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, St. Mary's Ryken was knocked off by Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC), 30-9, in a league challenge.
The Knights now sport a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Carroll for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 12. Bishop O'Connell will meet a Lions team coming off a 30-9 league win over St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Lions record now stands at 8-2.
