In Saturday's non-league game, the St. John Paul II Lions (Hyannis, MA) football team were victorious over the visiting Cape Cod RVT Crusaders (Harwich, MA), by a score of 36-20.
The Lions (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Atlantis (Fall River, MA). The come into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Atlantis knocked off Cape Cod RVT (Harwich, MA), 22-20, in a non-league game.
The Crusaders now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monomoy for a non-league game on Thursday, November 10. Cape Cod RVT will meet a Sharks team coming off a 42-0 non-league loss to Carver (Carver, MA). The Sharks record now stands at 5-4.
