Starkville Yellowjackets (Starkville, MS) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Caledonia Cavaliers (Caledonia, MS), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets confront the Germantown Mavericks (Madison, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 10. Starkville will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Mavericks enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over George County (Lucedale, MS).
The Cavaliers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ripley for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 12.
