In Saturday's non-league contest, the Deep Creek Hornets (Chesapeake, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Hornets face the Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 8. Deep Creek will attempt to better on its 12-11 season record. The Clippers go into the contest with a 25-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA).
With the loss, Warwick moves to 12-8 on the year.
