The St. Pius X Sartans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Sandia Prep Sundevils to 0 in the Sartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sartans now have a 16-2 record. They play next when they host Highland for a non-league outing on Thursday, November 7. St. Pius X will play a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Hornets record now stands at 0-10.
With the loss, Sandia Prep drops to 4-9 on the campaign. The Sundevils host Bosque (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bobcats in a non-league outing on Friday, November 8. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 1-7.
