In Wednesday's league contest, the Millbrook School Mustangs (Millbrook, NY) soccer team edged the host Cheshire Academy Cats (Cheshire, CT), by a margin of 1-0.
The Mustangs now hold a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pomfret School for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 8. Millbrook School will encounter a Griffins squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Cushing Academy (Ashburnham, MA). The Griffins record now stands at 5-13.
The Cats (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Suffield Academy (Suffield, CT). The Tigers enter the Colonial contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Suffield Academy held off Worcester Academy (Worcester, MA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
