Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Gwynn Park Yellowjackets (Brandywine, MD), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Douglass improves its record to 12-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Williamsport (Williamsport, MD) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 7. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Williamsport won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Poolesville (Poolesville, MD)

The Yellowjackets now sport a 8-5 record.
