Pea Ridge Blackhawks (Pea Ridge, AR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Dardanelle Sand Lizards (Dardanelle, AR), 46-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pea Ridge upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Providence Academy (Rogers, AR) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 9. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Sand Lizards play the Dover Pirates (Dover, AR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 9. Dardanelle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 59-47 non-league win over Bigelow (Bigelow, AR).
