Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the visiting Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA), 13-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Carrollton advances its record to 8-8 on the season. The Trojans host Paulding County (Dallas, GA) to encounter the Patriots in a D4 Area 2 battle on Wednesday, November 20. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 12-0.

The Cougars now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Marietta for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 12. Alexander will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 14-7 non-league win over Kell (Marietta, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-5.
