North Carolina High School Basketball - Bethany tops River Mill

November 7, 2023: Graham, NC 27253

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bethany Wolves (Summerfield, NC) and the host River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC), saw Bethany's basketball squad knock off River Mill by a tally of 35-18.

With the victory, Bethany improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Jaguars play the Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 8. River Mill will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 45-40 non-league loss to East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC).
