Daphne Trojans (Daphne, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Murphy Panthers (Mobile, AL), 50-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Daphne upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans host UMS-Wright Prep (Mobile, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-0. UMS-Wright Prep won 54-37 in their recent non-league bout against Baldwin County (Bay Minette, AL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Baker Hornets (Mobile, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 9. Murphy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
