The Post Antelopes basketball team (Post, TX), was overwhelmed 45-16 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Highland Hornets (Roscoe, TX)
The Hornets now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jayton for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 11. Highland will confront a Jaybirds team coming off a 32-29 non-league loss to Anson (Anson, TX). The Jaybirds record now stands at 0-1.
The Antelopes (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Coahoma (Coahoma, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Coahoma was overwhelmed by Ozona (Ozona, TX), 56-44, in a non-league battle.
