Sulphur Springs Wildcats (Sulphur Springs, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Sherman Bearcats (Sherman, TX), 39-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Sulphur Springs upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Caddo Mills (Caddo Mills, TX) to play the Foxes in a non-league bout on Friday, November 10. The Foxes come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Caddo Mills lost 47-30 in their recent non-league bout against Honey Grove (Honey Grove, TX)
Next up, the Bearcats play the North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 14. Sherman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
