Naugatuck Greyhounds (Naugatuck, CT) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Greyhounds face the Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 9. Naugatuck will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Black Knights enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 4-1 non-league win over New Milford (New Milford, CT).
The Presidents now have a 5-8 record.
