Texas High School Football - Mansfield Summit loses to Seguin

November 7, 2024: Arlington, TX 76002

Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Mansfield Summit Jaguars (Arlington, TX), 36-28 in a league battle.

With the win, Seguin advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Walnut Grove (Prosper, TX) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Friday, November 15. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 9-1. Walnut Grove won 64-33 in their recent league battle against Independence (Frisco, TX)

The Jaguars now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lovejoy for a non-league battle on Friday, November 15. Mansfield Summit will encounter a Leopards team coming off a 63-0 league win over Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 7-3.
