Arkansas High School Football - Mineral Springs beat Murfreesboro

The Mineral Springs Hornets football squad scored 52 points and limited the host Murfreesboro Rattlers to 36 in the Hornets league triumph on Thursday.

The Hornets now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Des Arc for a non-league test on Friday, November 15. Mineral Springs will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 38-36 league win over McCrory (McCrory, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.

With the defeat, Murfreesboro drops to 7-3 on the campaign. The Rattlers host Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR) to meet the Indians in a non-league battle on Friday, November 15. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 7-4. Marked Tree lost 56-30 in their recent league battle against East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR)
