Academy of Our Lady Penguins (Marrero, LA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Academy of Our Lady advances its record to 27-8 on the season. The Penguins travel to Northwood (Shreveport, LA) to face the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, November 9. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 26-13. Northwood won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Brusly (Brusly, LA)

The Spartans now sport a 13-13 record.
