The Chaparral Firebirds volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Buckeye Hawks to 0 in the Firebirds non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Firebirds now have a 23-4 record. They play next when they host Canyon View for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 12. Chaparral will play a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 28-11.

With the loss, Buckeye drops to 21-9 on the campaign.
