Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Combine Academy National Goats (Lincolnton, NC), 68-50 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Queen's Grant betters its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC) to battle the Furies in a non-league contest on Saturday, November 8. The Furies go into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Goats battle the Concord Academy Eagles (Concord, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 8. Combine Academy National will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 62-41 non-league win over Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, NC).
