The Amesbury Redhawks football squad scored 43 points and limited the host South Hadley Tigers to 8 in the Redhawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Redhawks now sport a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Uxbridge for a non-league test on Friday, November 14. Amesbury will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 28-12 non-league win over Blue Hills RVT (Canton, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 7-2.
With the defeat, South Hadley drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Holyoke (Holyoke, MA) to face the Purple Knights in a Suburban - North challenge on Thursday, November 27. The Purple Knights go into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Holyoke won 35-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Chicopee (Chicopee, MA)
