In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Derby Panthers football squad scored a good 28-7 victory over the Junction City Bluejays.

The Panthers (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Northwest (Wichita, KS). The Grizzlies come into the non-league match with a 9-1 record. In their last match, Northwest defeated Washburn Rural (Topeka, KS), 52-28, in a non-league match.
