In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Midlothian Panthers basketball team scored a close 32-26 triumph over the Cleburne Yellowjackets.

The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
