The Canutillo Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Socorro Bulldogs to 21 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Americas for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 10. Canutillo will meet a Trail Blazers team coming off a 21-20 non-league win over Chapin (El Paso, TX). The Trail Blazers record now stands at 2-0.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Andress (El Paso, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Andress triumphed over Parkland (El Paso, TX), 54-18, in a non-league contest.
